Costs

We both fundraise to be able to support grassroots groups, and we also operate on a sliding scale. We ask more money from larger organisations with higher turnovers in order to support small organisations and grassroots groups to be able to have support even if they can’t pay for it. 

Although all indicators are limited, we use organisational turnover to determine where you fit on our sliding scale.

The costs are per facilitator, per day. We charge for preparation / design time, as well as delivery. We try and stick to the sliding scale as much as possible, but we are open to dialogue and will try and see what we can do if it is untenable.

We are also exploring another model, which is more like a membership, where organisations contribute an annual fee, and then can have free access to a number of facilitation or mediation hours if you need them. (We think this will help you call us sooner in conflicts, which we’d really like!)
